Shipper will be furnished waterproof envelopes, as per Figure 1, shown below, same to be properly filled in and attached
to one side of car by shipper. Only one car need be so identified in connection with twin or triple loads.

The envelope will contain instructions to shippers for preparation of the load and instructions to handling carriers
and consignees for reporting of enroute adjustments and final destination inspection. These instructions and reporting
forms are illustrated under Figure 1-A.
