11. ENGINE WILL NOT RESPOND TO THROTTLE.
Step 1. Check for overheating indication on engine temperature gages.
Check for reason for overheating (malfunction 9). After problem has been corrected,
allow engine to cool.
Step 2. Check for lit GROUND light.
Push GROUND RELAY RESET button.
12. ENGINE WILL NOT SHUT OFF WHEN ENGINE STOP SWITCH IS SET TO STOP POSITION.
Check for OPEN battery switch.
Set battery switch to CLOSE.
