and top piece to one below in like manner.

with two 7/8-9-NC-2 Hex or sq. hd. bolts with nuts and washers through car floor.

place Item "L" on top and secure with two 7/8-9-NC-2 Hex or sq. hd. Bolts with nuts and washers through car
